With over 30 years of experience in finance, Jim Kozak is a seasoned professional specializing in private equity deal structure, capital markets activities, and day-to-day financial operations. Currently serving as Co-Founder | Managing Partner at OPAC, Jim plays a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, leading capital markets and shaping deal structures. Jim has been a key financial player for five companies that completed successful IPO’s and nine companies that completed successful M&A transactions. Prior to Co-Founding OPAC with Gordon Fallone and Dr. Gordon Rausser, Jim was a founding partner of the Robertson Stephens venture group as well as ROTH Capital Partners venture group. Jim’s current or former board observer seats include: LiquidSpace, TaskRabbit, Revel Systems and Amaze. Jim has a BA in Business Management from Ripon College and resides with his wife and 3 kids outside of Chicago, IL.
